Being from out of state, we were not familiar with the real estate in the Myrtle Beach area. Nannette Nelson met us on a very last minute request to see a home. After that first meeting, we knew we wanted her to help us find our perfect beach home! Throughout the entire process, she was always available by phone and email, and was extremely helpful and resourceful in answering all of our questions and concerns. She consistently went out of her way to be sure we had all of the information we needed to move forward in our search. Though we gave her quite an extensive list of criteria for our home, she met every challenge with a smile! She even recommended a few local restaurants, vets, and even radio stations! We would absolutely call Nannette again and would not hesitate to refer her to our friends and family!

Nannette handles everything for us, we don't live at the beach so she handled all inspections and getting us the contacts we needed to make changes we wanted. Nannette made the process very easy for us and knew what we were looking for. I would recommend Nannette Nelson for any real estate transaction you may have. We have used on small and large purchases and the level of service doesn't change.

Nannette was very knowledgeable and it showed when I first met her. She knew the area my home was in and had already looked into the area, pulled comps, investigated options before our first meeting. She was enthusiastic and seemed very positive about being able to market my property and helped me understand the best time to list it. She was very quick to get pictures of my property and get it listed in the MLS system for maximum exposure before golf tournaments started. She handled details with the closing attorney and with the buyers as well and the negotiations I thought were done very fairly even though she was representing both buyer and seller. I still felt like she was working for me the whole time. She went out of her way to open the property for inspection and repairmen since this is my second home and I don't live in the area. She is excellent at following up on details and leaves nothing to chance. Nannette's a very good people person with excellent interpersonal and professional skills. She was always available and responsive when I needed her and she followed up with me to make sure I got the information I needed to pull together turned in on time. She knew all the regulations and ins/outs of closing and took time to explain them to me so I understood. Overall excellent experience and I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who plans to sell or buy property.
