Buyer reviewI came to the area seeking a new home to retire in back in March, but did not know the area and had little success. I returned with my lady in May and worked with another realtor in the Sumter/Florence area but wanted to look at properties in the Little River, Conway, Myrtle Beach so we were referred to Century21. When we met Patty it was a pleasure. She listened to our preferences, needs, and price range. She "heard" our special requirements, personal criteria, and absolutely catered to us with dedication and understanding. Her knowledge of the area was very helpful, and anything she did not know she took the guesswork out of and got answers immediately. Patty was very attentive in every aspect of of search, offer, and all details, right through the closing. We could not have expected a better experience, and feel like we have made a new friend. Even after moving into our new home, Patty followed up to see how we were settling in and to make sure we were happy... which we definitely are! We can't wait to see Patty again, we've invited her to visit us in our new home, or just have lunch together again! There was a title problem (no fault of seller, us , or Patty) and she hung with us the entire time, even helping pushing it along. I was very impressed with Patty and would certainly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
