Since I was new to the whole experience, I heeded to their advice and I'm so glad I did. I had to be one of the most challenging clients of all time; being a single father of 2 daughters, having only my single job income and practically nothing to get started with, Charles was still able to get my miracle accomplished with the 2-story home we wanted/needed in a great neighborhood. We looked at over a hundred houses over 9 nine months! Charles' patience and experience led us to success, despite my many circumstances and insecurities.
