Ron has a strong background in the real estate industry helping Buyers, and sellers, and as a Property Manager, he earned his Realtor's license in 2002 and then the prestigious Real Estate Broker's license in 2006. He is a member of various local and state real estate professional organizations. He is a Master Mason and a member of the local Shrine organization helping kids. His focus is and has been helping those in the military community, especially first-time buyers and sellers. He has a proven track record of success with nearly 400 happy clients as a solo agent. He also has experience in Property Management and the various repair tasks associated with repair/maintenance tasks. Ron holds the following professional designations; GRI Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, and Military Relocation Specialist. Seller reviewMy Dad died in November 2023. Ron walked through the house in December and made suggestions on what needed to be fixed. We all agreed with him. We had already put most it on our to do list. Ron checked with us frequently to see all was well. He called when someone was going to see the house. He gave feed back on their thoughts of the house. He gave me names of subs to talk to about, electrical, flooring, carpet cleaning, as well as yard clean up. All were excellent. I have given their name and number out. If I was worried about the house he always made time to talk to me about it. He chose our lawyer. Bret Thompson, once again he was very professional, closing was easy. Ron called me and made me awear of the buyers closing, that it was a done deal. He left on vacation with his wife. Immediately on getting back he called me. Was all still ok. I told him yes. I would never call anyone but Ron to sell or buy a house from. He knew answers to all my questions. Call Ron &relax.

Might be dating myself, but he has an extensive rolodex for all things real estate, home repair, home upkeep etc. Great guy to get the job done. Seller reviewMr. Clark was indeed a lifesaver. We presented him with the information concerning the sale of the house and he took it from there. He throughly kept us informed every single step of the sale. We were always notified immediately of any changes or events that occurred . His work ethic is superb. Buyer reviewWe started talking to Ron Clark in about March and he helped us with contracts on 3 different homes. The first two didn't work out but third time was the charm! Finally about the end of may/start of June, we found the one we bought. Ron's knowledge of the entire process was instrumental to us being comfortable purchasing a home essentially sight unseen. He went above and beyond with visits to properties, extra photos of properties, and just overall the amount of support he gave us was outstanding. He understood the challenges we were facing with purchasing a home in Virginia while living in California's and he continually helped us through those challenges. I would highly recommend Ron Clark as a real estate agent to anyone who needs one! We will certainly use his services again when the time comes.
