For years, I have heard that if you want to sell your property on the Island in general, and in Portsmouth specifically, then there is only one agent to use/trust, and that was Jeannie Ingraham. She submitted and outstanding proposal to market and sell the property, and she also was so easy to contact even though she was away in Florida when I first initiated the process to sell. When a person really enjoys what they do, it shows. I cannot say enough about Jeannie Ingraham. She made every aspect of this process a breeze and very enjoyable.
