Professional and patient with me which since I started my house hunting in the beginning of the Covid pandemic was no easy feat. Louise also was a great help through the inspection and price negotiating process, where the seller was quite difficult and Louise handled everything. Nothing about this process because of the Covid was easy but Louise rolled with it and it made the process the best it could be. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, Military Housing Professional and Short Sale certified. I have over 10 years experience in the foreclosure sales arena. I feel strongly about this community and the real estate market and for over 30 years I have bought, sold and managed millions of dollars of my own personal property. I have also had the experience of investing in Florida real estate. I love helping people and find this line of work very rewarding. I am always up to the challenge of fitting my clients in the home of their dreams and I am always looking for new ways to make exciting. I was born and raised in New Jersey but have made Newport my home for many years now. I hold a degree in elementary education and various related certifications along with a Masters Degree from Providence College. I have also had the opportunity of working for the Federal Government, in the non-profit area and in the medical area before finding my true passion as a real estate sales associate.
