Seller reviewMy family's situation was somewhat unique as the sale of my Grandmother's house was listed in a trust and I was the trustee (in Arizona) while my parents were doing the work on the home in Michigan. April was the best. She got the home sold in a day, she made the process easy on us and was so friendly each step of the way. Everything we needed, she provided and more. She checked in frequently and if anything was done incorrectly she'd help me understand what was needed so we could keep the process moving forward. We dreaded this house sitting on the market for months and April got it sold in a day and couldn't have been more polite and respectful throughout the process.
