Seller reviewBob Madgett was our agent back in 1998 helping us to sell our home in Southfield and buy our previous home in West Bloomfield. We had a good experience then and called Bob to help with our most recent move to Orchard Lake. Bob was patient and helpful and always willing to offer his advice as we moved through the home selling.buying process. Seller reviewIt was the agent, Bob Madgett, who approached us with a potential buyer after a previous listing expired. We found out he lived in the neighborhood and understood the high land value, lifestyle, and low appraisals that often take place here. He was fantastic! Bob communicated often which was much appreciated. We will use him in the future for other family needs when the time comes.

Seller reviewBob was always accessible and really worked with us in the sale of 2 houses and the purchase of 1. He had to deal with many of our issues, and handled things flawlessly. Bob came up with creative suggestions and tapped into many of his own resources (contractors, inspectors, etc.) to help with the sale of our homes. He is kind, patient, and really listened to what we needed. The transaction was complicated, but Bob was able to take it all on, and devoted much of his time, especially after hours, to us and our needs. Thank you, Bob!!
