When I decided to upgrade my home, I knew Fred would be able to help me out again with selling. He took excellent photos of the home, wrote up a great description of the house, and scheduled an open house during the first weekend it went on sale. Fred was able to find a buyer during the open house and sold my home within only a few days of being on the market. I couldn't be happier with Fred. I tend to ask a lot of questions and want to know everything about what is going on, and Fred is always there to reply to either my phone calls, texts, or emails. Never once did I have to ask him twice for something or remind him to reply to me. He always replied back promptly and informatively. I've had absolutely no complaints with the service that Fred has provided me in all of my dealings with him. I highly recommend him.
