I have known Kim Duley for well over a year. She was recommended to me by Kathy Gallaher. She stuck with me the whole time while I was making the decision to sell. Checking back with me regularly to see if I was ready to put my house up for sale. She told me that she would help me with anything that I needed to get the house ready to be sold. I didn't realize how much that she was willing to help with. She has done everything possible to make it less stressful and emotional. She has given me the support and advice in the wake of a very traumatic move. Making suggestions at the same time. Listening to what I needed and what I wanted. She came to where I lived many times in order to help me pick out paint and carpet to make my home much more marketable. Taking care of many things at my house that I was not able to do. Meeting people that were working on my house. Getting samples for comparisons of what I needed. I asked her opinion as to what looked best and what was needed to sell the house successfully. Personality wise, she is wonderful. Very friendly and cares about everything that you care about. Works around your schedule and takes the time that is needed to get things done. It has been an enjoyable experience working with her. I cannot say enough about her as a very caring loving person who does an excellent job as a realtor. I never expected the support that she has given me during this time. I have recommended her highly to others because of her talent and passion. Others will immediately see that she is perfect for this job because she connects with everyone around her, She has always kept me updated as to what was going on and what was going to happen. Very clear and concise. Always available to answer any questions. She has valuable people around her to take care of any problems that may arise. She has volunteered to do the things necessary that I never would have thought of. Always with an upbeat personality. Never discouraged.
