He always kept us informed on what was going on and when needed he reached out to our lender to ensure things were moving along as smoothly as possible. Despite the loan taking a bit longer than expected to reach closing he remained calm, professional and tried his absolute best to get us to the finish line. He was always honest and upfront throughout the entire process and maintained clear communication. Since we had an FHA loan he was very vigilant and knew exactly what to look for and would inform us if we would possibly run into any issues getting an approved FHA inspection. There's so many wonderful things I could say about Peter, but one things for sure is that that chosing him was one of our best decisions on our journey to buy our first home. Thank you Peter for everything and I would definitely refer you to anyone that's needs the excellent service and commitment you provided.

Buyer reviewWhen I first reached out to Peter he made sure to ask what my needs were, what location, how many rooms and bathrooms, he also looked out for me by making sure I also had a garage and basement (never really needed a garage but now I do!) With every house viewing we did he was patient with me and I did not feel rushed when I was ready to purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend, he's very kind and patient and he helps you find the right house!
