Born in Colorado, David started in the real estate industry in 1999 as a receptionist and using his business degrees from CU Denver was quickly promoted to coordinator.

    In 2010 he made the leap to a full time agent and after helping hundreds of clients also activated a license in Las Vegas in 2017 to which has many dozens of happy clients.

    A loyal local sports fan, Dave enjoys snowboarding and golf in addition to attending Nascar races where a family of his is a driver. Having grown up in the Ken Caryl area Dave has a thorough knowledge base of ever expanding Denver-Metro Area.
