Cherie Waters was always available to answer or follow up with questions that we had. She kept us informed of properties and zeroed in on those that met our needs. Cherie made the process of purchasing our new house seamless. Cherie made sure to secure an excellent inspector and made sure we received our inspection reports promptly. She responded to our input regarding negotiations and welcomed us to our new home. Cherie always went above and beyond, making sure we understood and were informed of important timelines and HOA materials. We were very happy with having Cherie Waters as our real estate agent.
