Personal Profile
Real Estate runs in Pierce McDonald's DNA. Learning by example, Pierce watched his mother work in the Real Estate industry for 26 years. Growing up by her side showing homes, Pierce gained first-hand experience and a drive to help people through exemplary customer service. As a result, being thorough with details and timely with clients are his trademark skills. Giving 100% every time is incredibly important to him.
Pierce strives to put a smile on people's faces and make buying their dream home as easy of a transition as possible. As a native Tri-Citian, Pierce is familiar with the local market's performance throughout the years and has been soaking up anything and everything he can about the industry. One moment with Pierce and his passion for Real Estate becomes impressively clear.
Giving back to the community is also important to Pierce and is just one of the ways he spends his time outside of Real Estate. He has volunteered with the local humane society and has donated his time to several food trucks during the summer Hydro Races. Pierce also loves playing golf, spending time on the rivers, and riding quads.

Seller reviewWOW! As a COO of a Lexus Collision Center in the Denver market I understand what it takes to take care of the Guest. Pierce understands that concept as well. He understands if you take care of the Guest the Guest is going to take care of you. You can't teach that in 2021, you have it or you don't. While I was back in Denver even after we sold the house in three days, Pierce stop by my place every single day to water the yard and make sure everything was clean until the new owners moved in. Who does that? Pierce does because he cares about taking care of people. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you
