For Vanesa Quiroz, real estate has always been about the journey. From beginning to end, she enjoys every moment of the building, buying, selling, and owning a home process. Being able to give back and contribute to changing people's lives for the positive is exactly why she got into the industry.
"My father owns a construction business, which contributed to my fascination for real estate," said Vanesa. "I enjoyed watching the progress of his projects and them coming together. I have always dreamed of building and owning my own home and being able to help others do the same."
This disciplined agent is not only detail-oriented, analytical, and a consummate professional - she is extremely ambitious. As a bi-lingual agent, she is ready to help her community find a dream home to call their own.
Vanesa holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration with an endorsement in Finance. When she's not furthering her education, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and watching house flips on YouTube.

Buyer reviewVanesa Quiroz Sanchez was referred to us by our lender. We were extremely satisfied with Vanesa's level of knowledge, professionalism, and care with us. We could not have had a better experience. Communication between our real estate agent and us was super important to us and we got that with vanesa. She was able to accommodate our schedules as well. The process of buying a house was extremely smooth and fast (I believe it was about a 2 week process) it could not have been possible without Vanesa. Vanesa was there for the full inspection with me and answered any questions I had or looked for clarification with the inspector. She was able to answer all of our questions regarding the type of sewerage system, electric/gas, etc. This was our first purchase so she was helping us negotiate and we ended up getting a deal we were comfortable and happy with. We never felt pressured or rushed. After asking for repairs and the contractor failing to fix some of those repairs, she made sure they went back to fix what they had missed. Definitely having vanesa help us with the purchase or our next house!

She was very approachable and friendly and answered all of our questions; any questions we had that she did not have the answer to she looked into right away and always followed through on giving us a response. Other brokers would always give us the go around or say they would get information for us and then never respond. Vanesa was always willing to meet with us and readily available for any showings. She listened to what we were wanting and needing and did not waste any time showing us homes that did not fit our criteria. We worked with Vanesa so closely that our kids also started to call her aunt. She was always so patient, open and honest which allowed us to put our trust in her. We are so happy we met her and will definitely recommend her to friends and family and look forward to working with her in the future. Vanesa you're the best!
