Alice Smith has been a broker since June of 1988, when she joined her mentor Becky Medlin. Alice is passionate about her service to the community and enjoys helping people start a new chapter in life. She is dedicated to helping clients sell their homes and to helping others find their dream homes. Her passion and dedication have won her multiple service awards throughout her 29 years of experience. She was born and raised in North Carolina and has called Fuquay-Varina her home since 1983 when she moved here with her husband and two young daughters. Fuquay's small town atmosphere has been a great place to raise their girls. Alice and her husband Sammy have been married for 44 years.
