    My Client Testimonials

This was my first time selling a home on my own. Samantha proved to be invaluable in the process. She was efficient, knowledgeable and dependable both in closing on the purchase of our new home and the selling of our former home. I'm very grateful! ~ Nannette Beattie, Fuquay Varina, NC
I will definitely contact Samantha if I would need any additional services in the future! ~ Patrice Winn, Garner, NC.
We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Samantha! She was helpful and communicative months before we were even in the state and ready to purchase. She 100% looked out for our best interest, was great with our kiddos and helped us secure our dream home in just over a month! We were even a little sad about our transaction coming to an end because we really enjoyed working with Samantha. 11/10 would recommend! ~ Matthew & Jennifer Alajoki
Samantha was an excellent realtor. She took the time to visit as many houses as we wanted. She never pressured us to buy at the top of our price range or to make an offer on a house without thinking about it. Even though she has a busy schedule, Samantha was able to put in offers super fast. I was impressed by her ability to juggle all of the pieces. Samantha made house hunting quite enjoyable. She is fun to talk to and has a warm personality. I would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone who is buying or selling a home. ~ Lauren, Raleigh
Samantha Mullins made us feel comfortable from the first meeting. She professionally presented her plan to market our house and followed through. We discussed freely the process throughout the sale and mutually agreed on any changes. Samantha was always available for a call or to stop by and discuss our progress. Samantha went the extra mile and drove to our settlement which was 2 1/2 hours from her home. We really enjoyed working with Samantha and would recommend her to others who are buying or selling. ~ Mike and Penny, Holly Springs, NC
