Tim has many years of experience with real estate. That was important to me that someone with that kind of experience would offer me his very best efforts. I felt comfortable and was never afraid to ask any questions. Things I did not know Tim was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. I was confident Tim was taking care of all the details through the whole process.I never felt rushed or that Tim didn't have time to help. It was an excellent experience and Tim consistently put my needs and goals first for this purchase.

He was extremely friendly, open, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and getting us through the purchase of our house. Not having purchased a house in the recent past, it was wonderful, having such a knowledgeable individual such as Tim Matthews lead us through the process Tim Matthews was on top of every facet of our house purchase.
