Buyer reviewWhen I send an email in the middle of the night of a property that I just MUST see, Violet jumps into action! Since we have closed on several properties together over the past couple of years, Violet anticipates my requests and proactively provides comps and other tidbits of information. As an investor, I want to pay a "fair" price and Violet has never tried to talk me out of extending a reasonable offer! I look forward to continuing to work with Violet, as her commitment and quick communication have proven to be the key to getting us to the closing table again and AGAIN!
