Buyer reviewRebekah and I met as colleagues at my current employer (Northrop Grumman). Our relationship started off professionally while working for the same company, but it quickly blossomed into a friendship. Rebekah had my trust since the first day I met her. She is incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I never considered reaching out to any other brokerage/agent after learning that she worked as a realtor for Century 21 Union Realty Co. Rebekah is highly knowledgeable in all of these areas and guided us through all of the complex situations we faced (ex: submitting offers, counter offers, escrow, etc.). She expertly answered all of our questions, concerns, and hesitations regarding these topics every time. Rebekah embodies all of these characteristics as a realtor. She was extremely patient with us throughout the process and made the process enjoyable and comfortable. I was able to confide in her from the start and have been referring her to all of our friends and family members.

Seller reviewShu Hui (Bekah) went out of her way to help determine how much (or little) improvement was needed on the house to get the best possible price. In fact, we got what she / we expected, if not a little more. We also know, due to Shu Hui's (Bekah's) advise throughout the process, that the new owners got their monies worth as well. Great balance. All due to Shu Hui (Bekah's) foresight and excellent training. She is a fantastic human being, and we, our family and our friends will use her on ANY project we have moving forward.
