Seller reviewAs first time house sellers, it can be daunting and a challenging process. Thankfully, we had a great realtor and neighbor help us manage all this. Sandy is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and guided us every step of the way, one part realtor and one part therapist. There are so many moving pieces with listing your property and getting it sold, so we were very fortunate to have a true professional expert who always has their clients needs at the center to work with us. Seldom does an agent tick all boxes, but Sandy does, we can only give her our highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property. A true partner standing by your side from start to finish. We have been lucky to get to know Sandy as a wonderful neighbor and earned our trust as our business partner in selling our property. It seems like Century 21 have a good team and that our broker (Sandy) has a great relationship with her colleagues and they gave us their full support. Very happy. We are very pleased to have worked with Sandy in selling our home and it would only have been Sandy that we would trust to sell for us.

Buyer reviewWe have known Sandy for quite a few years now. Our first contact was walking our dogs! Relationship grew and we liked her enthusiasm and knowledge of the area. She knew exactly what we were looking for (had quite a few things to look for) and she brought us good prospects. She was very thorough and helped us negotiate a better price and was able to have them take care of a few items on our checklist that should be addressed.....She was successful in making the seller bend to our requests. That took her knowledge of past transactions and how to deal with sellers. you can only get that with years of experience. Sandy always made her self available to us. She was with us from day one right to the end of transaction. and we still communicate! Sandy was our number one contact. She handled it all!
