Buyer reviewDeshawn and Yousha were amazing to work with, they were very attentive to our wants and needs and work very hard to find just what we needed. During the process of finding and purchasing our home we became friends with Yousha and DeShawn, our first friends in Shreveport, I think that says it all.

Seller reviewDeShawn and Yoshua Gentry was a big help. I told them that I want to sell my property as is with no work done. They informed I would losing over half of my customer because of FHA borrowers requirements. They came you with a plan it get my house done with just a little update. The contractors came out on time with reasonable price. Deshawn and Yoshua took time out there schedule to make sure contractors did they jobs because I moved out of town. I was able to sell my house with a FHA borrower and get above asking price. I'm very grateful for them it was a smooth transaction and a Great closing.
