Born & raised in Bossier City, Stan graduated from Airline HS 1985 and went to the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) where he studied Real Estate & Finance as well as playing baseball. Since his graduation in May 1990, Stan set out for a very prosperous career in Real Estate. He worked independently until he opened Century21 Stan Cole & Associates in 2002. Soon Stan would see the advantage of merging with a young broker from Arkansas looking to open an office in the SBC. In 2010, Stan's agency successfully merged with Century21 United. Stan has been the top producing agent for C21 United ever since! Selling an average of 72 units per year sans an assistant. Real Estate is one of the top 3 passions in Stan's life.

Seller reviewS tan is a very easy person to talk with, and he understood my problem during our first phone conversation. He was kind enough to make several trips to my property checking on things before I had signed a contract with him. Stan is honest, sincere and trustworthy. I don't know how I could have conducted the sale of my property as easy and quickly as I did without his assistance as I live 575 miles away from Bossier City ! If anyone needs a good broker "Stan's The Man" !
