It was an older home in a very prestige area of town, I of course did not know everything about the house, Maureen came in and was great at pointing out and giving advise constantly to me throughout this wholesale. Maureen Nagle priced this house correctly, Took many people to look at it and had the first offer the day it went on the market. The house went on the market on February 27. The closing was don on April 13th. 6 weeks from start to finish, and I got more then I thought I would Thank you, Maureen for everthing.
