My name is James Garofalo and I have lived and worked in Columbia South Carolina since 2009. I have grown to love the many things Columbia and Lake Murray have to offer. Before relocating to South Carolina, I attended the State University of New York at Cortland where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and an Associates Degree in Psychology. I have been in sales and customer service my entire professional career. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time, even more-so if you are relocating to a new area. Seller reviewI have known James for years, He was a rep at the gym I went to. Always had a smile, great personality and a pleasure to be around. I got to know him well over the years and I realized his integrity and honesty is above all. We had some hiccups with my land and it took a while to sell, but I wasnt worried because I knew he was doing everything he could to sell my land. James is one of those guys He would rather not sell you something that your not going to like just to make a buck. He would rather go the extra mile and find that perfect home you'll enjoy. You cant teach that.
