I have learned not to ever try and purchase a house during the Holiday season, or when your primary agent takes his vacation, especially if you are attempting to procure an early closing date. To the rescue, Katherine stepped in to help out the primary agent and was able to guide us through something that, to the layman, could be a very stressful experience. Her guidance was very comforting and knowledgeable. I would have no issues with recommending her to any prospective client in the future.

Katherine devoted an entire day to us, we were coming from CT. She was attentive to our needs and had actually previewed our properties prior to our visit.
