We definitely were looking for a realtor familiar with the area, which he is and his lower realtor rate was definitely a bonus. We met with him within 2 days and felt comfortable with him and could see he was extremely knowledgeable with the area. signed on the spot and house sold by day 11. Buyers were solid and all went smoothly. Mark guided us through all aspects through settlement. Couldn't have been more satisfied.
