Buyer reviewMiranda customer service exceptional from the beginning to the end. She was always following up and staying on top of everything. It was a difficult process for us because the bank was demanding things last minute and she was always on our side making sure things were running smoothly. The house we picked was also far from her and that was not a problem for her. She still managed to meet us here and show the house one more time after we already saw it during the Open house. Most important, she managed to get us a great deal for the house and I couldn't be any happier with the results. I will definitely recommend her services and if we need another house I would go to her.

Buyer reviewThere's no one else I would have worked with and Miranda's guidance, help, communication, and professionalism proved to me that we made the right decision. Miranda went well above and beyond her duties to make sure my family and I got into our dream home. This deal meant more to us than just a roof over our heads. This exact location and home means something to us, working with Miranda means something to us, and her being there every step of the way means something to us. We are originally from this area but we were living in Virginia. She coordinated with family to go see houses for us, met with us on FaceTime, sent videos and pictures, made sure our deal didn't fall through when it was heading that way and I was beginning to lose hope, and she helped keep me standing and moving forward when everything felt too heavy. Thank you will never be enough. We are beyond grateful.

Seller reviewMiranda was always available when we needed her to answer questions pertaining to all aspects of the house and market. She went above and beyond to make sure we u set stand all the ins/outs. Not every having sold a house it was important to have someone that could do all that we wanted with ease. Miranda definitely took care of all that for us. She went above and beyond for us through the whole process. She is very attentive and has a sense of urgency which is critical.
