Anna was great! She took all of our ideas and wish-list items and was able to find listings that fulfilled all of them. She was very friendly and very generous with her time. She took us to see multiple places and was able to answer any questions we had about each listing. We thought we found our perfect home and went through the contract process. However, after we entered the final phase (under contract), we discovered that the previous owner was masking the age/condition of the roof and was refusing to let us out of the contract. Anna stuck with us the whole way and helped us deal with a VERY hostile listing agent and get our earnest money returned. Our first choice home had become a nightmare, but Anna was there to save the day! Afterwards, we felt a little bitter towards the process and Anna was very mindful of our newfound trepidation. She didn't push us and merely asked if she should still look for new listings. I am so glad we said yes, because she found us the truly perfect home. Minutes from our girls' school, the perfect size, an awesome neighborhood and the perfect place for our children to grow up. Anna was with us the whole way, thick and thin. She wasn't just a good realtor, she was a good friend. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an agent. She truly went above and beyond.
