Buyer reviewTrixie was very understanding and considerate of our preferences and house requirements. She listened very well with what aspects of the house and neighborhood we were interested in and I never felt like she forced certain houses on us like other agents do. She was very good with bouncing off ideas with and also in educating us on what to expect in terms of price ranges in a neighborhood and the application process in general. She was also very available and worked fast to get us viewing appointments when we find a home we are interested in. She also worked fast in getting our offers in to the selling agent. She kept us up to date on where we are in the application process and what our to do's and next steps are. Trixie acted as a true advocate for us, helping us with Rocket Mortgage and working with the selling agent throughout the offer process.
