We just bought our first house in the USA, well in our life, we are a couple with children and we have been living three years and a half in the USA, we wanted to buy a house, we needed to feel part of this beautiful country, and its culture, we wanted to take root. This was so important we needed a very special person. We looked for different options and we finally choose for MARIA LOPEZ-HENRIQUEZ, the experience was wonderful, from the beginning she could explain to us what happens step by step, in that way we could understand what was happening in every step, and scenario. She was very professional and at the same time friendly, gentle, and trustworthy; she answered patiently our questions in detail over and over again. She always was thinking about our economic interests and was very effective in this area with ideas and suggestions. She was accessible and flexible with her time. Besides, she is bilingual, for that reason was easier for us to understand the process. We are very grateful because she was our guide and companion beyond being our realtor, we are very, very HAPPY.
