We appreciated her expert suggestions when it came to non responsive seller/local title agency which had us worried paperwork delays might jeopardize the closing. This was our first time (and for Lori) purchasing a dockominium so Lori had to do extra legwork for us and she did it with enthusiasm even though we knew her commission wasn't very big. Her big smile, heart and positive attitude will have us speed dialing her on any future real estate needs and referring her whenever possible.
