I have been a licensed Realtor since 1978 and have since obtained my Broker's license. I recently received a coveted designation of REALTOR® EMERITUS for 40+ YEARS as a Realtor. I have 3 grown children who are all married and I have seven grandchildren. As a result of owning several rental properties, I am able to help investors understand the market. I am a consistent Million Dollar producer in the Sandusky County Area which has earned me the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award. I have previously served as President of our local Board of Realtors and as a Director & Committee Chair in our organization. My personal motto is to live by the Golden Rule " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you". As a lifelong resident of Sandusky County, I am knowledgeable of area. I take great pride in our communities and play an active role in supporting, volunteering & donating to the betterment of each. I thoroughly enjoy my profession and it is not merely a job for me, but a love of helping people. I give each of my client's personal attention. I consciously communicate, I am transparent & I build trust!

Seller reviewCindy Always Responded to my calls and provided answers whether she was out of town. She showed me other properties in the past that I was checking out for renting out for other family members and she recommended some spots for the family situations. We had offers on the first weekend of showing and was locked in after only a couple days. She communicated through the whole process and got some items addressed per the inspection and resolved them asap but it went very smoothly and quickly and didn't hinder anything. The title process was the smoothest I ever had in the homes I bought. This was an inherited property that needed a bit of updating. Cindy was great and would work with her anytime!
