Seller reviewThrough this whole time we had the house on the market through Jack Medearis, he did great. Through all the extensions, locating people, etc..... His patience paid off. The time he took, to explain what was going on, made it go better and did not make it so insane. It was a long road, but he hung in there with us, and he succeeded. We would definitely recommend Jack, his patience, kindness, taking the time to explain, and working together during the process of the sale are some of his strongest suits. He truly is working for his clients, he wants to see you in a happy home. Looking for an honest realtor in the NE Oklahoma( specifically Tahlequah area) Jack is your man!

Buyer reviewWe had started the process of purchasing our first home with a different agent. The experience was so bad we almost didn't want to continue looking. Enter Jack Medearis. Jack spoke with my grandmother prior to contacting us. She was impressed and thought Jack would be a good fit. From the very first call Jack made to us the process became more fun. He listened and knew what we needed. After finding the home and closing we had an issue that Jack handled himself. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and would use him again.
