Ms mcconnell was the agent for the seller we purchased the property from. So i contact her and she made it happen. She was very proffetional and attentive very easy to talk to outgoing and helpful. And was a plesure working with her.and i will defiently give her a call next time we are in the market.

We called Chaka when we first saw the home for sale. She returned our call before we were even out of town, gave us a quick run-down on the home and said she would send all the info to my email. The info was in my email when we got home. We called Chaka and made an appointment to meet her and see the home. She was waiting for us as scheduled. Chaka was very personable, answered all our questions (if she didn't know the answer, she was taking notes, and sent us the info) was very patient (not rushed), letting us take our time looking at the home. Chaka is very personable and friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, very upbeat, very dependable, dresses appropriately and professionally for her job. Chaka checked on us thru the whole buying process and kept us posted on what was happening during escrow. We may not have "selected" Chaka as our broker, but are glad she is our broker. She welcomed us to our new home and has checked on us several times after that. I felt like I had known her a long time and she has become a friend that I can call at any time. I would call her if we consider buying another home and would definitely recommend her to others. All paperwork was emailed to us in a timely manner. We were sent a receipt of our deposit check. Chaka negotiated our purchase offer to our satisfaction. Chaka did a good job inspecting the physical aspects of the house. From my first conversation with Chaka to receiving our house keys from her, she provided a very positive experience. She made me and my husband feel comfortable. She takes pride in her job. Chaka gave us a gift certificate to a local restaurant, a very thoughtful gesture. We totally enjoyed our experience with Chaka McConnell-Hubert!!
