I felt even more confident in her service when I arranged to meet, on relatively short notice, at the New Bern property for a walk-through of the home. She was able to prepare a bid and obtain the appropriate signatures for the pending sale in one day. This was critical as I was scheduled to be out of the country for 6 weeks in January and February of 2015 so a number of required actions had to be completed in very short order before the Christmas holiday season which could have impacted on the home purchase.
