Having done business with other realtors on three other home purchases and sells, I can honestly say Ari was the most pleasant and best to work with for our home purchase. Ari was always quick to respond to our questions and needs and she never made us feel pressured or pushed us into anything we didn't feel comfortable with doing and/or negotiating. She never hesitated or tried to argue with us when it came to questions and/or issues regarding the property we purchased. This meant a lot to us because we truly felt like Ari had a genuine interest towards our needs and exceeded our expectations. She was exceptional in communicating with the sellers and with any issues that arose. She had our back throughout the whole process and even after the deal was done despite all honest efforts throughout the inspection process, a plumbing issue arose the day after we moved in and Ari still bent over backwards to help negotiate a fair deal with the sellers to get the issue fixed right away. Ari's customer service is 5-star and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase a home in Hawaii and even though we found the home of our dreams, if the time comes to purchase again, we won't hestitste in choosing to go with Ari again.
