Personal Profile
Jason was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Vancouver, Canada. Upon university graduation, he started his career in banking and finance industry. Concurrently, he has completed his MBA degree with Negotiation concentration. In 2004, Jason entered the real estate business with his entrepreneurial spirit.
Within a few years of real estate practice, Jason earned numerous top sales awards (Centurion, Diamond, Emerald and Ruby) from Century 21. While being a digital real estate marketer, Jason funded a few tech startups and he also did coding as pastime to keep current with the tech world.
In addition to residential real estate marketing practice, Jason also worked on all facets of commercial activities from retail, office to industrial services. He enjoyed working collaboratively with his clients and peers on problem solving and project marketing. Throughout the years, Jason helped numerous clients to fulfill their real estate needs - be it commercial or residential nature.
Being a native speaker of both English and Chinese, Jason is able to help clients to capitalize the most of their real estate investment without language and cultural barriers in handling foreign interests.

He trusted us as sincere seller though we have little information to offer. It was a trusting start. He gave us lots of honest feedback of viewers of the house snd advise on pricing. He was not pushy. When we need to keep the furnishings when the offer from buyer included them, he worked with the buyer to maintain the offer but let us keep the furnishings. That was helpful. He gave us a timely of the process leading up to completion. When we needed to extend completion date he worked with buyer and never said no to us. That's most helpful.
