RANDI SMITH, NORTHERN UTAH’S RURAL, FARM & LAND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, OPENS HER FIRST COMPANY: CENTURY 21 NAOMI
TREMONTON, UT ( ) —

Northern Utah’s own Randi Smith, a local influencer and specialist in rural housing, farm and land development, announced today that after seven years of helping thousands of people and families, she has taken the next step in her entrepreneurial career by opening as broker owner of her first company: CENTURY 21 Naomi. Smith, whose office will be located at 28 W. 100 N, made the move to affiliate with the most recognized and respected global real estate brand to better serve the real estate needs of homebuyers, homesellers and investors here and throughout Box Elder County. Her plan is to grow a team of relentless sales professionals who will leverage the CENTURY 21® brand’s comprehensive digital and tech, marketing and coaching and learning products and services to find and close more deals and deliver extraordinary experiences to their real estate clients and customers. Smith expects the partnership with the CENTURY 21 System to drive growth and help her company achieve its greatest ambitions.

“My team will bring a client-centric approach and laser-like focus on quality service that will serve to be invaluable in complicated negotiations to help ensure homebuyers, sellers and property investors get over the finish line,” added Smith. “We will coach, measure, retain and recruit our sales professionals to deliver personalized, memorable experiences that will help make the comprehensive process of buying and selling real estate a journey worth celebrating.”

Smith, who spent her entire life living in northern Utah and working with livestock, has given her a lifelong passion for animals and open space, a passion that she shares with her husband and four children. She entered real estate to help her husband with various development projects and realized the industry needed more agents that treated clients with respect and the follow through they needed throughout their relationship.

“Randi has a long history of making an impact on the lives of the people and families she works with and I’m excited to know that out of all the possible choices to start a new company, she chose to affiliate with our brand,” explained Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “This is extraordinary news for us but more importantly, it’s even better for the real estate professionals that join her and the consumers she serves today and will in the future.”

Smith is looking for relentless sales professionals to join her and invites area residents interested in a new profession or a new place to call home to visit her and the CENTURY 21 Naomi team at 28 W. 100 N. in Tremonton.
