This was our first purchase and first time putting an offer - we wouldn't have been able to make it without Preet! The house had another offer that the seller was planning to accept that evening on the day we went to see the place. Preet explained the timeline, walked us through the contract jargons and made sure we were comfortable, while managing a very tight deadline.
