Brenda Davis Associate Broker & Manager for C21 Town & Country's largest office. I have been a licensed realtor with Century 21 Town & Country for the past 23 years. During this time, she has established an extensive clientele in and around the Detroit Metro area, ranging from first time homeowners to investors. Customer satisfaction is always her top priority. To ensure her clients' trust, Brenda is very engaging throughout the entire sale/purchasing process. Brenda is recognized by her peers and clients for her expertise, professionalism and integrity. Brenda holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting from Wayne Community College. She has an Associate Brokers License with the State of Michigan and a Property and Casualty Adjusters License in the States of Michigan and Kentucky.
Brenda's compassion and desire to help others extends beyond real estate. Brenda is very active in several non-profit organizations, including Pontiac Meals on Wheels Fundraising Committee and the Queen's Future Successor's Board. She also serves on the Northern Oakland County Board of Realtors Membership Service Committee, Board of Directors, Professional Standards Committee, and Governors Affairs Committee. Brenda has been happily married for 43 years and is the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of four grandchildren, In her spare time, Brenda enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

We happened to meet with her first, and immediately cancelled the appointment with the other broker upon meeting her. She was professional, competent, personable and invested in our desired outcome. Brenda was professional, polite, and patient throughout the entire process. She remained accessible and available to answer questions, schedule appointments and make adjustments as needed. Her demeanor was always upbeat and positive. She reacted to and managed all aspects of the sell of our current home and the purchase of our new home. She stayed on top of all paperwork, deadlines and money transactions. She advised us without pressure and gave good, solid advice on all matters. Brenda advocated for us in the purchase of our new home. She was communicative with the other broker and kept us in the loop on all interactions.

Buyer reviewWe can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brenda D. Davis. We sold our first home in 2012 and she assisted us through the offer review/acceptance process in a down market, and it was seamless. Secondly, she helped us with securing our next residence. With the addition of family members and working at home and virtual learning due to the pandemic, we had outgrown this house. Brenda kept in contact with us over the years with helpful communications and upcoming events. When we realized that we needed to purchase another home, the first person that crossed our mind was Brenda. Things had changed considerable after not being in the market for a while. It was like being first-time homebuyers again. She is honest and straight-forward an helped us pinpoint what we did and didn't want to deal within our next home. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a highest and best situation, Brenda pulled the comps for the houses that had recently sold in the area and based on her recommendation we presented the sellers with a sound fact-based offer that they accepted. Seller reviewBrenda is a very patient person. She has knowledge of the business she is in. This creates a trust between you and your broker. Brenda explained every sheet of paper that I signed . I knew then that I had someone who was trustworthy. Brenda and I did paper work during week ,she took pictures on Friday , and on the next three days people were looking at the house. On Tuesday , Brenda closed bidding. A buyer was selected and house was sold. Brenda is an intelligent and classy lady who knows her job well. I never had any worries when working with Brenda . I trusted her completely. With me being a senior citizen , she showed patience, helpfulness ,and respect to me. Wish she were my daughter. This was a pleasant learning experience. No worries at all.
