Seller reviewDanielle Kirkland, as a realtor for the second time was an excellent choice. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority at each step in the whole process. We were always in the loop and her positive attitude and aspiration is truly unmatched. Her marketing strategies, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process even more lucrative for us, and we couldn't be happier we chose her to list our property. We will continue to include her in future home and/or land purchases before moving forward.

I pretty much narrowed down a list of homes that I loved and with the help of Danielle Kirkland, she went out and viewed every home for me. I was able to receive video messages of the homes and that helped me narrow down my search. After finding my now home last minute, Danielle was able to set up a viewing and view the home for me. Since I work out of town she accompanied me with each and every change that I made. I went through a lot of hectic times throughout this process, however none of them were on the count of Danielle. She truly went above and beyond with helping me select the prefect starter home for myself and future family.
