In one of the most difficult times of the year to sell, Dave went the extra mile in making sure we could find a buyer. I had to sell my mother's home after she became ill from a stroke and we moved her out of state. The entire process was done long distance and Dave handled all the details for me with professional excellence. He kept me fully updated and informed every step of the way. He made sure that the property was always in top shape for showings and he reported to me the feedback after each one. Once we had an offer, Dave worked very hard to help me negotiate the deal with the buyer and their agent. He really cares about his clients and I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart.
