Buyer reviewGeorge Bond was the perfect match for me! He sold my house and land- negotiated well for me. I knew I could trust his judgment and actions. It was difficult to leave it behind after 21 years but he was awesome. He then found me the perfect house and by the Grace of God and George's hard work- I was in my new house. Everything fell into place. I know it was because George is a seasoned and knowledgeable negotiator!

Seller reviewWe couldn't be more please with George's efforts in the sale and purchase of our new home. We were able to look at homes within hours of asking (which is extremely important in this market) and if we had questions about the property he had them answered within hours. I believe George fostered relationships with the other agents and it was because of those relationships that we were able to get our contingent offer pushed through and accepted. He recommended doing several things that I also believe helped get us our dream home. We wrote a letter to the seller, which we were told was part of the reason our offer was accepted. George also helped take care of any issues that came up during the sale of our home, as well. And made sure to answer our buyers questions and concerns quickly and to his satisfaction. His quick responses ensured our buyer was cleared to close in time! The ease of this transaction was wonderful and we could not be happier with the services he provided. We are so grateful for him and his hard work and we know we WILL use George again in the future, should we outgrow this home!
