Seller reviewMr. Maben was well spoken, timely (often early), prepared, personally vested, well groomed, dressed professionally, responsive to inquiries, explained intricacies, and appeared to genuinely care; he facilitated the purchase of Bondie (my first home), and because the experience was so pleasant and seamless, when it came time to explore other employment options, relocate, and capitalize on my family's investment (approximately twelve (12) years later), Mr. Maben was our first choice to put the house back on the market, and it sold at the exact point 'He' intended; we were BLESSED to have both Mr. Maben and the house. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback regarding such an outstanding employee!

Seller reviewJerome Maben set a selling price that I thought was too high but Jerome never wavered and my house sold for the selling price he suggested. When the first two potential deals did not come to fruition Jerome gave me a warm and cozy feeling by saying, "They just were not the right buyers. The right buyers will come along." He was absolutely right! I am very thankful to him for those encouraging words especially.
