We joked that everyone we've talked to said the home buying process was the worst and so stressful. We felt we were in great hands with John, never once stressed. He honestly made the whole process easy. Great experience, overall!

Buyer reviewHe stayed on top of everything. When we were unclear on something, he went out of his way to research and shop for items to be clear on what I needed. Just went way beyond what he really had to!!! I just knew I could trust him to do the negotiations on my behalf better than I could do. He negotiated and was ready to walk away when it wasn't right. I knew I was in good hands. Well, I'll start with patient. There were a lot of times we put in offers and I wouldn't budge on the price. We walked away from a lot. He never got impatient or discouraged. Helpful, he was on top of everything. I had no idea what I was doing and with John I didn't need to. He was ready to tell me the next steps to take. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Timely and approachable. He was both. I could text with a concern and he'd always get right back to me. That's just a few.
