She is very communicative and always accepted my feedback and implemented it into the search for the right home. In both scenarios, once I found the right property, Karen worked diligently to pull together an offer proposal and submitted it to the sellers agent. This "first in line" approach helped me to secure both properties even though there were multiple offers. At that time I decided it was not the right time for me to buy, and she was very patient and understanding of my situation and my decision to back out. This time around, I knew it was the right time for me to buy, so I contacted Karen and asked if she would be willing to help me out. She got the ball rolling quickly, and we were able to find the perfect home for me in less than 2 months! She was very attentive to my needs and desires. This was evident because each home we looked at was better than the previous one. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy a home!
