I have used Kate in the past and she was excellent. Kate makes time and takes time to show me all I want to see in the area market. Kate always makes sure I have all the information necessary to make an informed decision before I make an offer. I trust Katie Ferrins knowledge of the market especially when it pertains to Condominiums, the HOA rules differ widely from property to property, if you don't pay close attention it could be a disaster. Some HOA rules limit the use of the Condo you purchase to what isn't even allowed in Michigan. Kate always pays attention to the smallest details and has never let me down. This was my third purchase over the years in Daytona with Kate advising my decision and every purchase has been GREAT!!! Don't make a purchase in the Daytona area without Kate Ferrin by your side!
