I am a Sioux City native, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, I was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. I graduated from West High School and later attended the University of South Dakota. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering with local organizations & charities. I am also a proud mom of three, two sons and a daughter who are all enlisted in the Air National Guard 185th Refueling Unit here in Sioux City, IA.
I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff and Dakota Dunes. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

Seller reviewKristi was exceptional to us through this entire experience. We previously attempted to list our property with another company. The other company did not have our same vision and wanted us to list well below our home's value. Kristi took the time to listen to our vision and came up with a plan that was easy to follow. The sale of our home was relatively quick. Kristi was our rock through our purchase process. We dealt with roadblock after roadblock with our buyer's financing company, almost to the point of losing our new home due to multiple delays. Kristi made countless phone calls to multiple people to ensure our buyer's situation was completed. Overall, I would highly recommend Kristi's expertise and services to anyone who is looking for a new home. If we are ever in the market again, Kristi would be my first call.
