My husband and I have lived in the Bismarck/Mandan area our entire life. We have four beautiful daughters, one grandson, and a large extended family living locally. Our family has always had the love for real estate and investment property. My husband and I purchased our first rental property in 2003 and have expanded to owning multiple long-term unfurnished rental properties and several short-term furnished rental units in the Bismarck and surrounding area.
